Cannabis Infused Cranberry Sauce

Elevate your holiday feast with our cannabis-infused cranberry sauce, a delightful blend of sweet and tart flavors with a touch of herbal sophistication

Ingredients

  • 340 grams cranberries
  • 1 cup sweetener of choice (I like to use either coconut sugar or maple syrup)
  • Dissolvable cannabis powder
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Wash cranberries and set them to the side.
  2. Heat up a medium sized pot to medium heat.
  3. Once the pot is hot, add cranberries and sweetener of choice into the pot. Mix well.
  4. Allow the cranberries to cook and melt down. You will start to hear and see the cranberries popping in the pot.
  5. Once the cranberries are 80% broken down, add dissolvable cannabis powder to the cranberries and mix well. The amount of dissolvable cannabis powder you should use will ultimately depend on the potency of your powder and how much cannabis you wish to infuse into the cranberry sauce.
  6. If you start to notice that the cranberry sauce is getting too thick, add some warm water to the sauce to make the sauce more viscose.
  7. Once your cranberry sauce has reached it’s desired consistency, turn off the heat and transfer the cranberry sauce to a bowl.
