Cannabis Infused Mango Bubble Tea
Ingredients
- 1 fresh mango
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup dairy-free milk (or cows milk)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup tapioca pearls
- 1 cup ice
- 10ml infused oil OR dissolvable cannabis powder. Learn how to make your own powder here.
Instructions
- Boil the tapioca pearls in hot water according to the packaging instructions
- Once the tapioca pearls are soft and chewy, drain in cold water and place in a bowl with maple syrup. Mix tapioca into maple syrup well until each pearl is coated with maple syrup. Set aside.
- Cut a fresh mango into small cubes and set aside. This will be used as a topping in the bubble tea.
- Combine frozen mango, milk, ice, and cannabis oil/powder into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.
- Add tapioca pearls and fresh mango cubes into a tall glass.
- Pour the mango smoothie mixture into the glass.
- Stir the drink and enjoy!
