Cannabis Infused Rice Krispies
Ingredients
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- ¼ cup melted cannabis butter
Instructions
- Melt butter in a pot on low medium heat
- Add marshmallows and vanilla extract to the pot. Mix until the marshmallows are melted.
- Gradually add the rice krispies cereal into the pot and combine with the melted marshmallow
- Turn off the stove and transfer the rice krispies to a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Shape the rice krispies into a large square.
- Allow the rice krispies to cool completely.
- Cut the rice krispies into 9 even squares.
- Store in a glass container for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator, or 1 week on the counter.
