Cannabis Infused Whiskey Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz non-alcoholic bourbon
- 1 egg white
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 5-10 mg dissolvable cannabis powder
- Star anise for garnish
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine non-alcoholic bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and egg whites together in a cocktail shaker. Shake for 1 minute or until egg white becomes frothy.
- Add ice cubes and dissolvable cannabis powder to the cocktail shaker and shake for another 10 seconds.
- Pour mocktail into a glass and garnish with star anise.
