Cannabis Infused Chocolate Sea Salt Cookies

Yield: 12 cookies
Time to Make: 1 hour

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 chocolate bar

  • Sea salt flakes

  • 1/4 cup cannabis butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bell.

  3. Add the cannabis butter to the dry ingredients and “cut” it into the flour.

  4. Add the egg and the vanilla extract.

  5. Chop up the chocolate bar into small pieces of chocolate and add to the batter.

  6. Using your hands, roll the batter into 12 small balls and slightly flatten onto a lined baking tray.

  7. Bake cookies for 5 minutes, remove from oven, and hit the tray against your counter a few times - this will create some aesthetic cracks in your cookies!

  8. Bake for another 5-6 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.

  9. When cookies are finished baking, remove from the oven and generously sprinkle sea salt all over the cookies.

  10. Allow to cool for 10 minutes and enjoy!
