Cannabis Infused No Bake Almond Butter Bars

Yield: 9 bars | Prep time: 30 mins | Cook time: 0 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter (you can substitute for any nut butter!)

  • 1 cup coconut flour

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (agave or brown rice syrup works too)

  • 1 cup dark chocolate

  • 2 tbsps cannabis infused coconut oil melted

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond butter and maple syrup. Mix well.

  2. Add in the coconut flour and mix with your hands as the dough will get pretty tough.

  3. You should have a medium firm dough ball. Place the dough into a square tray and flatten.

  4. Place the tray into the freezer for 5 minutes while you prepare the chocolate ganache.

  5. Melt the cannabis infused coconut oil via stove top or microwave.

  6. Add in the dark chocolate and mix well. You may have to microwave the mixture a few more times in increments of 10-20 seconds to prevent the chocolate from burning, but ensuring that it evenly melts.

  7. Take the tray out of the freezer and pour the chocolate ganache mixture on top of the almond butter base.

  8. Place back into the freezer for 20 minutes.

  9. Once chilled, cut up the bars into 9 even pieces and enjoy!

Storage tip: Bars can be stored in the freezer or fridge as long as they are kept in a glass tight container!
