Cannabis Infused Pina Colada Popsicles

Cool off this summer with these refreshing coconut oil infused pina colada popsicles made from only 4 ingredients! They're a real crowd pleaser for any occasion! Dairy, grain and gluten free. Naturally sweetened with coconut sugar.

Time to Make: 3-4 hours

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream or coconut milk (cream will give a more milky texture)

  • 3 cups fresh pineapple chunks

  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar (you can add more sugar if your pineapples aren’t very sweet)

  • Infused coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Blend the pineapple chunks until it becomes a wet consistency.

  2. Add the coconut cream, coconut sugar, and infused coconut oil to the pineapple blend and whisk well.

  3. Add the mixture to a popsicle tray and freeze for 2-3 hours or until hardened.

  4. Enjoy!
